My thoughts on Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner

What it claims?

Excellent absorption and intense hydration
1. Contains 91.3% Milk Vetch Root Extract to re-energize and replenish your skin.
2. Provides intense hydration. Simply patting your skin will result in a gummy sensation in which the skin will react with a high level of elasticity!
3. A viscous, dense texture that absorbs quickly into the skin for a dewy yet smooth and clean finish
4. Free of artificial fragrances and colors and hypoallergenic to care for your skin without irritating it.

Why I bought this toner?
I have this long wish list of hydrating toner with no alcohol and fragrance that I wanted to try. It has a lot of great reviews and of course, I need to try this!

Ingredients

Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract, 1,2-Hexanediol, Butylene Glycol, Bis-PEG-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl Silane, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Carbomer, Arginine

There are only 7 ingredients! However, it contains silicone and some skin might be sensitive to it. It doesn’t contains Hyaluronic Acid which is one of the best ingredients for hydration but it’s a good news for people who can’t tolerate HA since majority of hydrating product contains HA.

Packaging

It comes in a 100 ml dark blue transparent plastic bottle with a white flap plastic cap. The packaging is simple and straight forward, semua ingredients ada dekat packaging. However, banyak in Korean language. I love this packaging since senang nak guna, senang nak tuang, senang nak bawa travel.

Texture**

The texture is quite lightweight, but it’s a bit sticky so I normally use this layer by layer so I can control the amount that I use.

Scent

It has this mild refreshing scent which I love!

My thoughts

I normally use this toner without any cotton pad. I use this using my palm je, and dab dab it on my face. I love using this by layering. Means, pakai this toner 3-5 times cause I have the hydration!

So my normal routine, 2x a day: Cleanse - exfoliate (kalau ada) - Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner - essence/serum (kalau ada)

I love the basic ingredients, I love the scent, I love how it feels on my skin and it didn’t break me out at all.

People with dry, dehydrated or sensitive skin, that needs a basic hydrating toner. 

Who will not love this? 

People with sensitive skin towards silicone
